Dravec's information about the Caldwell Wharf floor plan was, as it turned out, incomplete.

What Dravec had were land registry documents, an exterior survey conducted by a resistance operative who had walked past the building four times on different days of the week, and thermal imaging from a contact in the coastal survey office who had taken a significant professional risk to obtain it. What Dravec did not have was an interior layout, confirmed access points, or any intelligence on how many people were inside and in what configuration. Seren explained this in the kitchen while Evander stood with the wand in his jacket pocket and listened, and when she was finished he said: "That's not enough."
